Road Condition & Asset Intelligence
Phone or dashcam video is analysed to map visible potholes, cracks, rutting and shoulder damage by chainage, with estimated repair quantities, indicative costs and an inventory of roadside assets.
How it works →Assure X Future Works builds AI software for road and infrastructure agencies. We analyse dashcam video, drone surveys and site imagery to map road defects and assets, measure construction progress and prepare survey outputs for DPRs, for review by your engineers.
Road surveys, site photographs and progress reports are usually collected at different times and kept in separate files. We link them by location, so engineers can see what changed, where, and what needs a site visit.
The platform is being built as four modules. Road condition assessment is the starting point, and the others follow in the order shown.

How it works →Repeat drone surveys, planned at 15-day intervals, compare work on site with the approved programme, stage by stage from earthwork to the wearing course, and flag locations to verify.
How it works →Drone and LiDAR survey data is used to generate alignment options, terrain models, profiles, cross-sections and preliminary earthwork quantities for a road Detailed Project Report.
How it works →Site camera footage is compared with the project's BIM model at regular intervals to show planned against observed progress, quantities and schedule slippage by work package.
How it works →We focus on the public infrastructure that agencies are accountable for, from a single culvert to a district road network.
Condition scoring, defect mapping and maintenance planning for existing networks, surveyed with ordinary vehicles.
Stage-wise progress, cut and fill, and estimated quantities on new and upgraded roads, from subgrade to final markings.
Progress from foundation and piers through superstructure and deck, plus culverts and minor structures along a corridor.
Continuous site monitoring for public buildings, measured against the BIM model, schedule and budget.
Road signs, markings, crash barriers, delineators and streetlights, mapped and checked against a specified checklist.
A common workflow for capturing, mapping and reviewing project data.
Phone and dashcam video, drone imagery, LiDAR, site CCTV, GIS layers, BIM models, schedules and BOQs.
AI models detect visible defects, roadside assets, construction stages and site activity, and compare one survey with the last.
Each finding is geotagged, linked to chainage and given a confidence score. Low-confidence results are marked for inspection.
Dashboards, automated reports and alerts turn findings into repair plans, progress reviews and inspection lists.
Condition records, repair estimates and before and after checks to plan and verify maintenance across a network.
Survey-based progress and quantity estimates from feasibility through construction and handover.
Survey outputs for DPRs, regular progress records and a list of locations to inspect.
Dashboards and APIs for bringing survey and project data into systems you already use.
Our aim is one platform for road and infrastructure data instead of a set of disconnected tools. Each project leaves a structured, location-linked record of observations and measurements that the next stage of work can build on.
Video, drone, LiDAR, CCTV, GIS and BIM inputs organised by location and chainage.
Models are developed on imagery of Indian roads and construction sites, with data collection and annotation standards set for local conditions.
Map locations linked to BIM elements and progress records, on projects that have a BIM model.
Tell us about your road network or project. We can walk you through the platform with a sample dataset, or discuss whether your own survey data is suitable.
