This policy applies to the website operated by Assure X Future Works [Pvt. Ltd. / LLP] ("Assure X", "we", "us"). It is prepared with reference to the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 together with the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025. Provisions of the 2023 Act and its Rules come into force in phases, and we will update this policy as they take effect.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, organisation, role, email address, phone number and the contents of your message when you contact us or request a briefing.
- Information collected automatically: basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, device and pages visited, recorded in our hosting provider's server logs. When pages load, typefaces are fetched from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address and browser details. This website does not currently use analytics or advertising tools. If we add any, we will name the provider here before doing so.
We do not ask for sensitive personal data such as financial information, passwords or biometric data through this website.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange briefings or demonstrations.
- To send information you have asked for about our solutions.
- To keep the website secure and understand how it is used, so we can improve it.
- To meet legal, regulatory and contractual obligations.
We process your information on the basis of your consent, which you give when you submit an enquiry, or where processing is otherwise permitted by law. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to us.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share it with service providers who host the website or handle email on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations, or with government authorities where the law requires it.
Project and client data
Data processed on our platform for clients, such as survey video, drone imagery and project records, is handled under the agreement with that client rather than this website policy. Where such records contain personal data, for example people or vehicle registration numbers visible in road video, the agreement sets out our role, the client's instructions, security measures and how long the data is kept.
Retention
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our communication, and then delete or anonymise it unless a longer period is required by law.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, update or erase your personal information, withdraw consent, or nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf. To do so, contact our Grievance Officer below. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India once the relevant provisions are in force.
